1. What Darbo Rinka Is

Darbo Rinka is a job market intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available job listings from Lithuanian job boards (CVBankas, CVOnline, CVmarket, Unicorns.lt) and provides market analytics, salary data, and personalised job matching. We are not an employer, recruiter, or staffing agency. We do not represent any company listed on this site.

2. User Accounts

You may register a free account to access personalised features such as job matching and CV upload. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

3. CV Upload

When you upload a CV, we extract skills, experience, and education from its text using AI. The CV file itself is not stored — it is processed in memory and discarded after extraction. The extracted profile data (skills, experience, preferences) is stored in your account and can be deleted at any time via your account settings.

4. Job Listings

Listings are sourced from public job boards and updated daily. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of any listing. Job details may change or expire without notice. Always verify information directly with the employer before applying.

5. Employer Reviews

Registered users may submit anonymous reviews of employers. All reviews are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to remove any review that contains offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or clearly fabricated content. Submitting a review means you confirm it reflects your genuine experience.

6. No Guarantees

Match scores and salary figures are AI-generated estimates based on aggregated data. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of employment, interview selection, or actual compensation. Individual results will vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All analytics, visualisations, and aggregated data produced by Darbo Rinka are our property. Individual job listings remain the property of their original sources. You may not scrape, reproduce, or redistribute our analytics or aggregated data without permission.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, including excessive automated access, submitting fake reviews, or any other behaviour that harms the platform or its users.

9. Limitation of Liability

Darbo Rinka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on job listings, salary data, or match scores.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
